Eye Sigil |
Morgan controls the Eye Sigil. He is a mage of considerable power,
as well as having an unusually good grasp of science and technology. Morgan has used
his talents to ruthless effect. He is now the third most powerful kindred in London,
a member of the unofficial Triumvirate (with Myfanwy and
Henry).
Morgan gives his Sigil to those who help his organisation. Those who hold the Eye
are mostly talented mages, or scientist and industrialists. |

Morgan (Councilor for Eye Sigil) |
Impression |
A kindly, yet intensely thoughtful gentleman. His eyes are honest. His speech is wise and measured, and has the power to convince. |
Reputation |
While other kindred are conservative and reactionary, Morgan is reckless
and forward looking. He seeks power through knowledge, and he has risen
to great influence by harnessing a combination of the occult and science
and technology. Many kindred view him with suspicion, while others see
him as a prophet of the future. There are rumours that he is in league with a demonic mortal cult. How else could he have learned so much of the 'forbidden' arts in so short a time. |
Carna |
Impression |
A dusky blonde woman, flirtatious yet quiet and insular. Her manner both fascinates and unnerves. |
Reputation |
She is shallow. She seeks only the simplest pleasures; to dominate and entrance another with her charms. However, she is a good servant of Morgan's and there may be more to her than meets the eye. |
Dr. Mortius |
Impression |
He is unhinged. Perhaps brilliant, certainly mad. A cross between a dotty professor and one of the Addams family. It's impossible to have a normal conversation with him. |
Reputation |
A brilliant (and dangerous?) magician, but totally unfathomable. Perhaps he is the source of Morgan's arcane power. |
Victor |
Impression |
A dangerous man. His eyes are dead black, like a shark's. Every movement, every gesture is controlled, every muscle is taut, as though each part of his body is a deadly weapon. |
Reputation |
A very dangerous man. He never displays weakness or anger. He kills. And he takes his orders from Morgan. |
