Bear Sigil

William controls the Bear Sigil. He is loyal servant of “King” Henry who is the real power behind this Sigil. Henry used to be a Councilor, but he gave it up to further his ambition to rule London absolutely.
Until recently is was Thomas who was Henry’s man on the Council. However he was killed in 1956, and the Sigil was transferred to William.
William’s power base is in the armed forces, and police. Many who bear his Sigil have great influence over the Church; a legacy of Thomas’ chosen sphere.

Reputation
His best feature is his trustworthiness and sense of honour (a rare thing amongst vampires). His worst is his fiery temper. He has tasted the blood of many Kindred; his claws are sharp, and his flesh like iron. He is a trusted henchman of Henry’s, but he despised Thomas.

Henry

Impression	The fire of greatness lights his eyes. There is something about him which inspires. One could easily follow him unto the ends of the Earth. He has the wild eyes of a man driven...
Reputation	He is either a power crazed maniac, who seeks to enslave the City; or a visionary leader whose concern is for justice and the safety of all. Take your pick!

Matthew

Impression	He is wrapped up in himself. His only interaction with the outside world is to tell it what he wants. He is hard to pin down.
Reputation	Works hard and efficiently for Henry. Seems to have little ambition of his own. Psychopathic?

Ronald

Impression	Thoughtful and candid, his opinions are worth seeking out. A father figure; trustworthy.
Reputation	First Impressions do not deceive. He is honest and forthright. The best of friends. However, he suffers fools badly and once he has a poor opinion of someone, he rarely changes his mind.

Blake

Impression	Effete. His features are almost feminine, and he is always too well groomed. His conversation is pleasant, but tends to take unexpected and shocking turns. The cruel turn of his red lips is disturbing.
Reputation	Cynical and amoral. His deep set eyes hide deep wiles. He makes everyone feel uneasy.

Elizabeth

Impression	A practical business woman. She looks right into your eyes. There’s self- interest there alright, but at least she’s pleasant and straightforward about it.
Reputation	Efficient. She gets things done. As long as she knows where you stand, then she won’t step on your toes unless you step on hers. Good to work with.

Alexandra

Impression	Hard as nails: Cold and unbending. You can sense her sizing you up, judging your worth.
Reputation	Distant, yet loyal and trustworthy to those she respects or admires. Ruthless to those she despises. A confidante of William.
