It has come to my notice that you have no objections to selling TL13 ships and devices to other nations of the Islands Clusters. It is for this reason that I request you to consider the following proposal:

The government of New Colchis is interested in buying six model 7fib computers, along with a loan of technicians to install them, for use in the defence of New Colchis. I am also interested in buying five of your jump-4 couriers, along with training for my crews, to aid communications with my fleet. I am willing to pay any reasonable price for these items.

Secondly, I would propose a defensive alliance against Esperanza’s Imperialistic designs, consisting primarily of mutual defence and shared Naval intelligence agreements.

I am also completely in agreement with your request to base couriers on New Colchis and landing space has been assigned at Croman starport.
