Your Majesty,

Your proposal for dealing with Esperanza is almost exactly in accordance with our own plans. As you may be aware we have considerable assets already in place on Esperanza that will be more than willing to assist in any such endeavour.

You are quite welcome to use the EFA name on Wellington and St. Hilaire, the EFA should already have assets in place on St. Hilaire which should be able to help you.

Another useful action to take would be to disrupt or destroy the Esperanzan courier network, preferably by covert means, and destroy his fuel dumps. Do you have any idea how we might accomplish this?
